New Dates for Yoga sessions
£6 per session (paid on the day).
Doors open approx. 9:30 a.m. Sessions run from 10:00 – 10:45.
Please come and join us for a fun session – chair yoga is an activity that is beneficial to all ages and levels of fitness. Jo Bushell, our session leader, is very friendly – understanding the limitations that many older people experience and is very encouraging to all. We begin with breathing exercises and a short warm up, followed by gently working through a variety of poses and some balances, before settling back down for relaxation/meditation. Even though it is gentle, your entire body benefits from the exercise and everyone feels more relaxed and energised after each session.
Tea/coffee and biscuits are provided after the session.
