Match Report - 07 Aug 2025, RHP (Chelmsford) Bowls Club Club Friendly lost to Dunmow BC
The visit to Dunmow was supervised by Ian Drummond, as Captain for the day. Very kind of Ian who stood in for me as i had to go to a funeral event, re the loss of my brother in law, and the internment of his ashes.
Anyway the games went very well, with a lovely atmosphere so Ian has updated me.
Unfortunately the games were won by Dunmow on each rink..Scores 11/23..12/24..15/21..14/19.
Its very difficult to play against teams that are used to playing in Ashford Cup, and County matches.
So again i wish to say thankyou.
