Match Report - 15 Jun 2023, RHP (Chelmsford) Bowls Club Club Friendly v Harlow match cancelled

Due to a decision made by Harlow Bowls Club, Mick Verrells phoned me to say that their lady Captain plus other ladies who would have been coming to RHP, were involved in playing TOP CLUB competitions, which obviously come first, making it impossible to get a team together. But what makes me concerned is they must have known the dates of the friendly dates so why plan to play on a day when they have come to RHP.

So this is the third Friendly cancelled, and i feel we should think seriously about playing them next year.
This is such a huge waste of Rogers planning, and my time planning team players for it to be cancelled a few days before is very frustrating.
