Match Report - 11 May 2024, RHP (Chelmsford) Sports & Social Club Club Friendly lost to Stock & Buttsbury
Todays friendly match went off brilliantly. Everyone from Stock, and RHP had a great time playing together. The weather was fantastic, and water was provided in our insulated large flasks for anyone thirsty.
The payment of £2.50 was discussed , and Reg Harrington, the Captain for the day said that he thought it was a mutual event, as we are playing at their club in July.
So we collected £30 and placed it in the safe. So when we go to theirs in July we will not have to pay there.
After the match prizes were handed out to the winning team Vic Hilson Skip..Barbara Wilcox, and Gerry Smith. Also given to Carol R REES who did the refreshments, Very nice biscuits Like twix were available, and cups of tea.
